Arts In Action is pleased to welcome Rachel Clark to our grant writing team! Rachel Clark is an experienced educational professional and community ambassador. Graduating in 2009 from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Rachel followed her passion working as a teacher in the elementary school system. Rachel is certified to teach K-6, is ESOL Endorsed and is currently obtaining her Gifted Endorsement. She has participated in hundreds of charity events throughout Florida while serving as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleaders with notable charitable organizations including the American Cancer Society, The Glazer Family Foundation, Make a Wish Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity. Rachel has also participated in three worldwide USO Military Appreciation Tours with Armed Forces Entertainment focusing on enhancing the overall morale of active and injured/disabled military personnel and families. Rachel served as a team captain and was selected by her peers to represent the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization in the 2009 Pro Bowl. Rachel’s leadership, passion for teaching, and love for children continues to grow as she works with local, regional and national tax exempt organizations as a grant writer and public relations specialist.
